Twould be a sight, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson donning the red and yellow tights made famous by Captain Marvel and The Flash (although we are not talking about the Flash here). I haven’t really liked The Rock in many other films, maybe this one will change my mind?
According to Johnson himself, he’s spoken to Pete about the role. “Yeah, he did. Listen, John August is writing the script and he’s a tremendous writer, and I’ll just wait for the script to come in. But I’d love to work with Pete again, and certainly would want to work with John August. So there’s a strong possibility.”
I have been loving the quality of the comic book adaptation so far (with the exception of Spider-Man 3) and hopefully this one will deliver just as good.
