JK Rowling thought that the the 7th Harry Potter book would be the last, but maybe she is wrong? According to various sources she is set to write up a new book, most likely an Encyclopedia about all the Harry Potter characters etc.
Rowling has said it is “highly unlikely” that she would write any more “Harry Potter” books, she announced on her Web site there is a chance she might go with the encyclopedia idea.”I might do an eighth book for charity, a kind of encyclopedia of the world so that I could use all the extra material that’s not in the books,” she wrote on JKRowling.
Well here we are. I loved the Harry Potter books, but I dunno about the Encyclopedia idea. Sounds kinda stupid really. Although it would be pretty cool to get all those lingering questions and unanswered questions all answered.
