A lot of good movies have been coming out recently, including Pursuit of Happyness, Happy Feet and many others. Now here are some of the top 5 most anticipated releases for early 2007. Please comment on any extras you think are list worthy.
Spider Man 3
After finally being able to find a balance between being Spider-Man, and spending time with Mary-Jane Watson, Peter Parker begins to feel secure in his life. One night, Peter finds his costume has changed; it’s now black, with the ability to enhance his powers. Bringing out the darker, more vengeful side, the suit begins to influence Peter. After becoming more egotistical, Peter makes a decision to abandon the suit. Also, two new villains, Sandman and Venom, arrive in New York with overpowering abilities.
28 Weeks Later…
In 2003, just seven months (28 weeks) after the Rage virus infection annihilated Great Britain, the U.S. Army has restored order and is repopulating the quarantined city of London. A carrier of the Rage infection enters London and re-ignites the deadly plague.
Wow, just wow. I was cruising through my favourite news site, Digg, when I stumbled upon a very awakening list entitled, “The Most Controversial Films of All-Time.” I quite enjoyed seeing how many screwed up and politically incorrect films out there (turns out there is a truckload I don’t know about :p) A lot of the films are art house flicks although there are some mainstreams ones. I will quote two and link you to the article.
